About the vegetarianism thing. If he is losing weight, that means he's not making the right choices as a vegetarian, and that doesn't mean you have to make the wrong choices too. You can become vegetarian, and keep your weight and health where it is. I do it. Just eat eggs, and cheese, and milk, and vegetables high in protein, such as lentils, and several other species of beans. Also, you don't have to be a strict vegetarian. You can eat meat once in a while, like if there's nothing else to eat, or if whatever it is looks really good, or you just feel like eating some chicken. You don't have to stop from eating what you want just because you're vegetarian. Just reduce the amount of meat.
