Q: I fight with my parents a lot. What should I do to reduce this tension?
A: Maybe you could try doing what they ask a bit more of in order to get on their good side and show them that you can do what they ask. You also could talk with your parents very calmly to see why they get so mad at you. Communication would be the best thing to understand both sides. Just make sure you are doing your part to keep the peace.

Q: I feel like I’m under a lot of pressure and about to burst! What should I do?
A: Well maybe you could find a way to turn your pressure into something productive. Maybe finding a new hobby could keep you distracted enough to stay calm. You could also try to get to the bottom of your cause of pressure. If you can manage or eliminate that, then you will feel a lot better.

Q: My boyfriend is a vegetarian, and he wants me to be one too, but I don’t want to lose so much weight like he is. What should I do?
A: Stick to your morals. You are making a good choice in trying to maintain a responsible weight. You should always do what is best for you. Well maybe you could stay away from meat while you are with him but definitely make the healthy choice that you want to make.
